كَذَٰلِكَ حَقَّتْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ فَسَقُوا أَنَّهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ

English meaning

In this way, your Lord’s word about those who defy [the Truth] has been proved- they do not believe.
