وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ لِيُهْلِكَ الْقُرَىٰ بِظُلْمٍ وَأَهْلُهَا مُصْلِحُونَ

English meaning

Your Lord would not destroy any town without cause if its people were acting righteously.
