قَالَ إِنَّمَا يَأْتِيكُم بِهِ اللَّهُ إِن شَاءَ وَمَا أَنتُم بِمُعْجِزِينَ

English meaning

He said, ‘It is God who will bring it down, if He wishes, and you will not be able to escape.
