الحجر

مَا نُنَزِّلُ الْمَلَائِكَةَ إِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ وَمَا كَانُوا إِذًا مُّنظَرِينَ

English meaning

But We send down the angels only to bring justice and then these people will not be reprieved.
