وَإِذْ آتَيْنَا مُوسَى الْكِتَابَ وَالْفُرْقَانَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَهْتَدُونَ
English meaning
Remember when We gave Moses the Scripture, and the means to distinguish [right and wrong], so that you might be guided.
