البقرة

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا سَوَاءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ أَأَنذَرْتَهُمْ أَمْ لَمْ تُنذِرْهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ

English meaning

As for those who disbelieve, it makes no difference whether you warn them or not: they will not believe.
