طه

وَلَقَدْ عَهِدْنَا إِلَىٰ آدَمَ مِن قَبْلُ فَنَسِيَ وَلَمْ نَجِدْ لَهُ عَزْمًا

English meaning

We also commanded Adam before you, but he forgot and We found him lacking in constancy.
