قَالَ رَبُّنَا الَّذِي أَعْطَىٰ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلْقَهُ ثُمَّ هَدَىٰ
English meaning
Moses said, ‘Our Lord is He who gave everything its form, then gave it guidance.’
