العنكبوت

يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَاءُ وَيَرْحَمُ مَن يَشَاءُ ۖ وَإِلَيْهِ تُقْلَبُونَ

English meaning

He punishes whoever He will and shows mercy to whoever He will. You will all be returned to Him.
