آل عمران

يَخْتَصُّ بِرَحْمَتِهِ مَن يَشَاءُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيمِ

English meaning

and He singles out for His mercy whoever He will. His grace is infinite.’
