أُولَٰئِكَ الَّذِينَ لَعَنَهُمُ اللَّهُ فَأَصَمَّهُمْ وَأَعْمَىٰ أَبْصَارَهُمْ

English meaning

These are the ones God has rejected, making their ears deaf and their eyes blind.
