أَفَعَيِينَا بِالْخَلْقِ الْأَوَّلِ ۚ بَلْ هُمْ فِي لَبْسٍ مِّنْ خَلْقٍ جَدِيدٍ

English meaning

So were We incapable of the first creation? No indeed! Yet they doubt a second creation.
