الأنفال

۞ إِنَّ شَرَّ الدَّوَابِّ عِندَ اللَّهِ الصُّمُّ الْبُكْمُ الَّذِينَ لَا يَعْقِلُونَ

English meaning

the worst creatures in God’s eyes are those who are [wilfully] deaf and dumb, who do not reason.
