At-Tawbah
The Repentance · ayah 27
ثُمَّ يَتُوبُ اللَّهُ مِن بَعْدِ ذَٰلِكَ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَاءُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ
English meaning
but God turns in His mercy to whoever He will. God is most forgiving and merciful.
